This privacy policy is intended to ensure that Executor complies with the Law of the Republic of Lithuania on the Legal Protection of Personal Data, the Law of the Republic of Lithuania on Electronic Communications and other valid legal acts regulating the protection of personal data, as well as the instructions of the competent authorities.

The privacy policy of the www.fundua.eu online store provides the basic Rules for the collection, storage and processing of Personal Data when using the Services offered by www.fundua.eu. The Privacy Policy is intended to protect and defend the User and his Personal Data from unauthorized use. The Privacy Policy also applies to www.fundua.eu Accounts.

4. PERSONAL DATA USE AND STORAGE PROCEDURE

The User grants the right to collect, manage, process and store the User's Personal Data to the extent and for the purposes provided for in the Privacy Policy and other www.fundua.eu documents.

The Executor stores the Users' personal data as long as it is necessary to achieve the set purpose. Once the set goal has been achieved, the User's personal data is deleted, except for those cases where valid legal acts oblige the Operator to store personal data for the period specified in these legal acts. At the end of this period, personal data are deleted in such a way that they cannot be reproduced.

The Executor, with the help of internal organizational and technical measures, ensures that the Personal Data provided by the User is protected against any illegal actions: illegal alteration, disclosure or destruction of Personal Data, identity theft, fraud, and compliance of the Personal Data protection level with the requirements of the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.

5. IMPLEMENTATION OF THE RIGHTS OF PERSONAL DATA SUBJECTS

The user whose personal data is processed by the Executor has the following rights:

5.1 Know (be informed) about the processing of your data;

5.2 Familiarize yourself with your personal data and how they are processed;

5.3 Demand correction, destruction of your personal data or suspension, except for storage, of processing of your personal data, when the data is processed in violation of the provisions of the Law on Legal Protection of Personal Data of the Republic of Lithuania and other laws;

5.4 Do not consent to the processing of your personal data.

All the specified rights of the subjects of personal data will be implemented after the prior identification and verification of the identity of the person who applies.

The user may not provide you with the conditions to exercise the rights of the subjects of personal data indicated above, when it is necessary to ensure the prevention, investigation and detection of crimes, violations of official or professional ethics, as well as the protection of the rights and freedoms of the data subject or other persons, in cases provided for by the applicable legal acts.

Upon receiving such a request or instruction from the User, the Executor shall provide the User with an answer no later than within 30 (thirty) calendar days and perform the actions specified in the request or refuse to perform them. At the user's request, the response must be provided in writing.
